These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of competitive intelligence reports and monthly subscriptions ("Services") provided by Eric Spera ("Provider" or "AdIntel Insights"), email: adintelinsights@gmail.com, to customers ("Customer").
By purchasing Services through the AdIntel Insights website, the Customer agrees to these Terms.
The Services consist of strategic briefs analyzing competitors' advertising activities. Details of each subscription plan (number of reports per month, included features) are described on the website.
All prices are clearly displayed on the website in the currency applicable to your selected region. The Provider may change prices at any time, with notice on the website. Changes will not affect active subscriptions.
Reports are delivered in PDF format to the email address provided by the Customer within 24 hours of request. Alerts and notifications are sent via email. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of their contact information.
To purchase a subscription, the Customer selects a plan on the website, proceeds to payment via Stripe, and expressly accepts these Terms (e.g., by checking a box). Order confirmation and service activation occur via a welcome email from the Provider.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. The Customer authorizes automatic monthly charges for the subscription. Non-payment will result in immediate suspension of the Service.
Under EU law, if you are a consumer (an individual purchasing outside your business), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of subscription. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at adintelinsights@gmail.com. However, if you request immediate activation of the service and we deliver your first report within the 14‑day period, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your right of withdrawal once the first report is delivered.
The Provider may suspend or terminate access to the Service if the Customer violates these Terms, including non-payment or misuse of the Service.
Reports and analyses are based on publicly available data and are for informational and strategic purposes only. The Provider does not guarantee specific results from implementing any recommendations. The Customer is solely responsible for business decisions made based on the Services.
These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is the place of residence or domicile of the Customer. For business Customers, the exclusive jurisdiction is the Court of Pordenone.
